• The following tasks and responsibilities were completed by me:
• As the only external consultant, I participated in management board meetings focused on changing the organizational structure in the field.
• After go-live, I was responsible for shaping and organizing SD/MM/FI application support.
• In addition to daily operational activities, I was responsible for resolving complex issues, assessing change requests with end-to-end (chain) impact, and documenting and implementing selected solution approaches.
• Coaching junior and medior consultants was part of my responsibilities.
• I acted as a trusted sparring partner for, among others, the IT Manager, Controlling Manager, and Billing Manager.
