Held various positions within application management at this organization, most recently as Head of Functional Application Management for the SAP modules SD, MM, and CS.

Key responsibilities included:

• Drafted an organizational improvement report for the Logistics Division in Apeldoorn
• Co-designed and implemented the Customer Service (CS) module

KLPD utilized Customer Service in two areas:

• Wapen Registratie Systeem (WRS): Designed to register all police weapons in the Netherlands and automatically generate maintenance reports
• Beheer Gerechtelijke Wapens (BGW): Designed to track confiscated weapons between suspect, judiciary (court), and eventual destruction or storage; integrated with MM

Both objectives were achieved through the CS module. Involved in the design and go-live of both systems. Provided user support for WRS and BGW, and translated improvement initiatives into recommendations and/or customizing.

Additional responsibilities:

• Supported the SAP R/3 Release Upgrade from 3.0I to 4.5B for Sales and Distribution and Materials Management
• SD was used for invoicing police officers (~40,000)
• MM was used to maintain inventory levels and distribution, utilizing MRP and forecasting
• FI module handled financial processing, supported by a complex custom program (BBS)
• Tested the new 4.5B system
• Evaluated new functionalities, resolved functional and technical issues
• Developed training materials and delivered end-user training

1999 Issue

Served as functional consultant for SAP SD and MM modules in an E-Commerce initiative. Facilitated integration between SAP and web-based platforms. Contributed to project scoping and provided recommendations on solution design.

1999 Ormit

Responsible for training ORMIT Logistics pool trainees on SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution (Levels 2 and 3). Developed course materials, practical case studies, and certification assessments.

1998-1999 Van den Berg & Jurgens (Unilever)

Supported the SAP R/3 release upgrade from version 3.1H to 4.0B, covering Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM). Responsibilities included system testing, issue resolution, documentation of new features, and development and delivery of end-user training.
